After 13 years in private practice and 31 years as a Circuit Judge, I have chosen to use my extensive experience in family law and civil matters to help clients resolve their disputes themselves. Because I have dealt with tens of thousands of cases in my career, I know that resolutions that you make yourself are better than any ordered by a court. I will help you consider creative solutions and more options than going to court. My goal as a neutral facilitator is to help parties resolve their disputes in a confidential, informal, and cost effective manner, focusing on the future. I will strive to get your case settled.
